The Conservatives have a track record fighting hard on local issues. For example, the treatment of leaseholders on the Tremlett Grove Estate.

- Less red tape for business, in order to stimulate local jobs. Fairness for leaseholders in respect of maintenance bills and prompt service for tenants.
